Day Eight

Stats:

Start Weight (9/22/08): 230.6
Current Weight (9/29/08): 225.4
Goal Weight at B day (11/19): 215.00
Total Goal Weight: 160

Ok this weekend was great Saturday I got up and weighed 224.6 so I did gain about .8 but I didn't drink my water like I have been at work and I didn't eat as scheduled as I do at work. I did have chinese on Sunday so that may have not been so great but I tried to eat just meat and veggies. I am pleased with the weekend over all. I don't feel like I slipped up or anything. I am back to my routine this morning though and I got to get to studying.

Food so far:
- 2 scrambled eggs with cheese
- v8
- coke zero
- cheese stick
- salad with leftover steak on it
- sugar free jello
- cherry tomatos with ranch
- chick filet
- asparagus
- snow peas
- sugar free pudding
- ham roll
