I guess I should close the blog. It has been so long since I updated. Well I am starting over technically I have started over. As of June 5th. I am doing things a bit differently now. I am just being healthier by not eating as much and more activity. I am going through a website to keep track with my food intake and exercise. So far so good. I am enjoying this because I can still eat everything I want I just can't eat it all at the same time or I watch how much of everything I eat.

Anyway you get the point. Maybe I will keep this going.

woo hoo. Kickin booty and takin names. 6 lbs since Monday. I really thought yesterday would not be so great because of the part of potato I ate but it turned out not bad.

My plan for this week was to do the best I could and just see how much I could loose in one week. So far so good. Man if I could hit 10 lbs lost in one week how awesome would that be.

On top of that, all this is without exercise. I have been wanting to go but working it into our day just is not seeming to happen. We have a pretty good routine going on for the after noon and night time routine and if I went to work out after work that would through it all off. So my best time to go is in the morning before work and everyone who knows me know that is nearly impossible for me to do. Maybe I cant get in the swing of it with tax season starting. Who knows. A friend of mine and I are thinking of seeing a personal trainer. I would take off early one day a week. That wouldn't be a big deal to do. She is supposed to set it up and I haven't heard from her so we will see what happens with it.

Anyways I am on my way that is the most important part. Maybe I can start walking again like I was doing before.

-half cup of V8 (need groceries)

I have lost 4 lbs in two days. I am pleased and ready to continue. I believe the reason I only lost one pound yesterday was because I hit the M & M's from Christmas yesterday afternoon. LOL.

I love me some M & M's

I am going out with the boss for lunch to celebrate today so hopefully I can stay on task in the food department.

-1 fake scrambled egg
-2 strips of turkey bacon
-1 cup of V8
-1 Cherry coke zero
-1 filet steak
-part of a stuff baked potato ...it wasn't very good
-side salad with ranch
-about 3/4 a glass of wine
-about 3/4 a glass of chapange
-chicken stir fry (made at home)
-1 cherry coke zerro
-1/2 cup of choco milk (ran out of milk)

Alrighty folks. I hit a weight loss of 20 lbs on my birthday and then came the holidays and I decided I was going to enjoy them. I gained back 12 lbs. With the new year has come new determination. I am not feeling too hard on myself because I knew I was going to gain the weight because I decided I just wanted to relax and enjoy this first Christmas as a family.

On with a new day. Yesterday officially started my new year. My new goal is to lose at least 10 lbs per month. By April 15th the end of my busy tax season I want to weigh 185. I will be going to Cancun shortly after that and would love to feel great in my swim suit. I also hope to hit my total goal of 150 by my daughter's first birthday 8/7. I know this will take alot of work and determination. I whole heartily believe I can do this with the support of my wife and other family.

I have found it very encouraging to see the numbers on the scale go down when I do right and up when I screw up because it makes things simple to me. FOLLOW THE PLAN = WEIGHT LOSS....fall off the wagon = weight gain.

Make things simple like a math problem and I can understand that and put it to work.

So on with my list for today

FOOD:
- 1 fake eggs with cheese
- 2 pieces of Canadian bacon
- 1 cup of V8
- 1 cherry coke zero
- 1 awsome salad
- 1 sugar free pudding
- 1 handful of M&M's ;0)
- 1 diet pepsi in the bottle
- 2 boneless porkchops
- 1 small side salad
- 3 table spoons of green beans
- 1 sugar free pudding
- 1 coffee cup of choco milk
